Artifact Cube (WIP) (385)
Work-in-progress design of the artifact cube I've always wanted to make. Present theming/archetypes pretty much consists of "artifacts and things that care about them." I have some idea of pushing for clashing decks, i.e. RGw is more anti-artifact while UBw is more pro-artifact. Also including some nonartifact colorless elements (eldrazi).
Mirrodin Block (450)
Singleton cube of cards from the original Mirrodin block.
This is a plane of Wastes. If you want colored basic lands, you have to draft them. Only Wastes come free.
Durdle Cube! Designed as a cube that has a plethora of synergies available to it. Its speed and power level are both generally smaller than other cubes, its creatures are smaller and slower and require more resources to work with. The base idea is that regardless of your deck's speed, it should function somewhat like clockwork. The standard, 2 power "aggro" creature drop has been moved to CMC 3 in this cube. In addition, the combinations are meant to ensure slower growth instead of explosi...
Inventor's Fair (485)
LOTS OF ARTIFACTS. Just something whipped up for fun in anticipation of Kaladesh. I made this with no consideration to draft archetypes, just looking at trends which evolved as the cards amassed. However, this is a loose understanding of the draft archetypes in this cube: W/U: Metalcraft (clues/equipment serve as sitting artifacts to turn on metalcraft) U/B: Affinity (artifacts double as value and fodder) B/R: Sacrifice Artifacts R/G: Artifact Hate G/W: Go Wide Tokens W/B: Value/Grav...
The Colorless Cube (360)
A cube that consists entirely of colorless cards and contains a land station that only contains wastes.
bonda's artifact cube (540)
Equip your army. Empower your devices with Energy. Infect your opponent. Sac and recur your Robots. Grind your opponents to dust with Millstones. All this and more. Draft bonda's artifact cube today!
Nuclear Proliferation (360)
A world in chaos. Will the infectious poison wipe everything out, or will Angels or Dragons live to reign supreme? This is 360 card, 8-player cube. This cube expects you to play aggressively with infect in early game and proliferate as a finisher, or defend yourself long enough to play powerful Angels or Dragons. The cube also has a few sub-themes of landfall, multicolor Planeswalkers, and other charge or ascension counters to compliment the proliferate theme.
Proliferate Cube (379)
This deck was inspired by an old Prismatic Singleton deck I used to play and really loved. It is very heavily themed toward counters. Not counterspells. But, +1/+1, -1/-1, loyalty, charge, level up, poison counters and so on. Proliferate works extremely well, and there are many opportunities to see Planeswalkers unleash their ultimates, often multiple times in the same game... so lots of sparks flying. I intentionally made it somewhat slow compared to other Vintage Cubes because the fun he...
The Allspark (832)
This is my Artifact Cube. Every card either is an artifact or says artifact in the rules text.
Link:
Artificer's Cube (360)
You have stepped into a massive forge, a foundry where the unimaginable is possible. At your fingertips is a veritable treasure trove of gears, pistons, sheet metal, molten metal, molds, and every type of fuel you could possibly need. Experience a cube where machines come to life, weaponry roars with ancient fury, and an inventor's spark of ingenuity can be set loose with merciless intent. Pedal to the metal, eyes on the prize, and fingers on the triggers. Turn the opposition to scrap!
Mark's Cube (719)
This a collection of cards that I like and want to play with people and friends. I will make changes to them when I am able to get the cards. So this online version is a map to keep track of what I have. Few Special things to Note - Conqueror's Galleon is drafted as Conqueror's Foothold. Archetype are something I am still Learning and figuring out as I make and play the cube. The few Archetypes that I know are: - Myr - Aggro - Control - Midrange - Ramp - Reanimator - Fun stuff
Planar Escape (400)
Planar Escape is a play format that seeks to utilize a negative reinforcement game mechanic. First cards are drafted. Then the tournament begins. However, if you win a game, the non-token, non-land permanents in play "Escape" your deck -- earning you points and making them unable to be played in subsequent matches and requiring you to pull cards from your sideboard to continue. The point totals for each non-token, non-land permanent are as follows (if a card satisfies multiple categories, ...
UnColoured v2 (379)
Welcome to the Colorless Desert: a land devoid of color where the machines and eldrazi engage in an endless war. Find one of the five heroes of color to take your stand and survive.
Artifact Cube (597)
This is a Cube based on the idea that Artifact sets are broken, so let's test that theory! It's Legacy legality and meant to be roughly even powerlevel.
Club Cube 1: Desolation (531)
What seperates this cube from a normal cube is that in this cube everybody has to draft their basic lands. The only lands provided to you at the end of the draft is wastes. Every other land source must come from the cards you drafted. At the moment it is basically a pile of cards. I havent finalized what archetypes I want in the end, nor have I figured out how to balance the powerlevel of the cards and colors. Furthermore, I haven't worked out the ratio of lands to spells, colored spells t...
Archetypes: White - Artifact tokens aggro White/Red - Equipment matters Blue - Artifact digging Blue/Black - Artifacts going to the graveyard Red/Blue - Artificers Tribal Myr - Myr Tribal Green/Black - Counters matter Green/Blue - Proliferate Green/White and Green/Red - Artifact destruction There are probably further archetypes to be found, but these are the ones I designed for the cube. I'm not sure the cube is quite in the right spot, but it's an ongoing process
